First Blog

For those that read this and don't know who I am, my name's Sean Pulatie. I'm the site ministry coordinator for Salem United Methodist Church's Manna Campus in Council Bluffs, Iowa. I won't go into too much detail on the Campus as I will be blogging about it later, but if you're curious, check out http://www.cbsalem.org for some details.

I've had several people suggest to me that I keep a journal of my thoughts, feelings, ideas, etc. as I progress through the process of building a church. In today's day and age, what better way to do that than through a blog?

I hope to journal on this daily, sharing my thoughts on my day-to-day activities, the progress of the building, my prayer requests, music/movies I'm listening to/watching, etc.

To close out this post, I invite you to read Jeremiah 29. I've been taunted by Jer. 29:11, but the entire chapter is actually pretty fascinating. Read it, pray on it, and leave a comment below.
